My Friday Night

Instead of going out with friends, or wishing something exciting would happen. I'm spending my evening painting my nails 'Excuse Moi' OPI that I got as a birthday gift. Doing a dip-dye nail glitter style. Whilst watching (500) Days of Summer. Such a cute, heart melting, 'Aww!' moments, giggly film. Don't know why it has taken me so long to watch this film.

We Found Love

Normally I don't do two blog posts, straight after the other.


But this video just captivated me.


Possibly the last music video I couldn't help but watch repetitively was Love The Way You Lie.


There's something about this video that attracts me. Maybe because I love the fact that it seems to be filmed in northern England or possibly Scotland? - not sure the exact whereabouts but I know it's in the UK.
Rihanna's clothing is edgy and grungy which suits are amazingly. Plus, that guy. The blonde dark skinned model, Dudley O'Shaughnessy. Can I have him please?
The dark yet party vibed setting reminds me of my old favourite Skins UK and the drugged up film, Spun. 
We Found Love shows an essence of the Love The Way You Lie theme - similar to the destroying messed up relationship shared between Megan Fox and Dominic Monaghan. 


The director, Melina Matsoukas, perfectly shoots the emotions expressed without using a script or dialogue. Only using fast exciting reckless clips.

It's all over Tumbr. Half of these, so-called Nars eye shadows, are fake. But don't you just love the colours? And the names match the colour brilliantly. If there actually was a make-up store that sold ones exactly like these - it would be my home.

2nd October

Its weird. The weather is amazing. 28 degrees. In October!! I guess I should be concerned about why the weather is like this, you know, global warming and that. But I can't help enjoy the sunshine when it's so close to my birthday. 

Anyway, just a picture of a pink rose I found in my garden.
