My H&M love

I've seen this jacket many times in H&M, also seen as a jumper. I love the blend of the two tone, buuutt I'm not rushing out to get it just yet.
My mum said she thinks it looks like I'm wearing a dog and the jacket isn't even warm enough to wear in this winter weather!
Thereforeee, I have stopped my urge and to... consider before I buy.

I have tried on the jumper version; but I got the wrong size and wasn't that appealing.

But it's a garment that I'm so proud of H&M for showing me this beauty and I find its such a unique piece from a high street brand..
I'll ponder even more to see if it's worth the purchase.

The Versace Dress

I'm sure everyone has heard about Versace's collection for H&M. Well this picture, right here, is my favourite Versace dress and I'm dying to get it!!

This dress right here... IS A COPY OF THE DRESS ABOVE! I screamed (no lie) when I saw Versace were doing a similar dress in the H&M collection. Even though it's so similar and for a good price. 

I don't love it. 

I don't love it as much as the real one, and I don't like that purple colour. I know it obviously wouldn't be the exact real Versace one... because it is for H&M. 

I only screamed because I wished the did a copy of the real one and they did, but as I look closer... it just doesn't look right.

:(

Howeverrrr, I'm not gonna hesitate to try it on in the shop!

Luxurious Lingerie

Quite a cliché look. Girls in their underwear posing on a flashy sports car. But this editorial, by Sean and Seng, shows off the classic and exquisite, although raunchy, lingerie paired with the luxurious faux fur coat. I flicked through the pages of Pop Magazine Autumn/Winter '11 in awe and wanting to rip off the pages and stick them to my wall of desire. 

One of my favourites, Gaga's leather black bra and leather pencil skirt.

 Recently, Topshop has been doing the most interesting and stunning lingerie. I really want the velvet one above!! I know, I know. Underwear as outwear is 'ssoo last year', but I don't care. It's impossible not to love this.

I love this video so much - maybe because it was made waaay back in 2000, but it feels like this song came out only a few years ago. I love the ridiculously long and floaty denim skirt - because I'm sure nobody would wear that now. I love her huge hoop cheap gold earrings. I love her smile. I love her eyes. I love her skin. I love her cheekbones! I love the run down old trainers, haha... But most of all, I really love this song.

Beauty of Contemporary (SYTYCD)

I'm addicted to watching America's So You Think You Can Dance. Nobody can dance better than them, with so much grace, technique and passion.

My favourite contemporary choreographer is Sonya Tayeh, (1,2,4) she creates thrilling and interesting performances. 

Mia Michaels (3,4,5) never fails to create the breathtaking moments. 

I advise you to watch all the videos posted. You'll be truly stunned and wanting each clip to last a little bit longer.

If you are interested in other genres of dance such as tango or hip hop, type in YouTube; tango sytycd, or, hip hop sytycd. Make sure it's the American or even Canadian version. You'll be amazed.

Wednesday afternoon I went on a school photography trip to the HotShoe gallery where they were holding a few photographers work. I was captivated by Alec Soth's project about finding the most beautiful women in the world. I love (even though some people find disturbing) the fact that these pictures look slightly stalker-ish and not planned. These women are attractive... But not the obvious attraction that men these days would look for. There's is something about them what makes them strangely beautiful.

I'm not doing daily posts anymore - realised if I did daily posts it would just be of crap that I'm just writing because I have to write everyday. And on top of that I have plenty of school work to do.
